Flax's Shame Scenario

Background

Flax's Shame begins 5 years after Erin and Ander. Terian has broken away from the King and started the Tate family. The Flax family has overthrown the Coryll, but have lost Linden (24). Molbrew have gained Erewood (9). The Chrysalis family have lost Garth and Elgis has taken over. Blanche and Lyle have been fighting. Blanche have gained Hyland (6) but lost Cobrige (3). Lyle have also taken Dunmoor (1).

Information

The Blanche family has picked up 3 vassels since Erin and Ander. Sven, Arkin and Geran all enter the game in Flax's Shame. Sven and Geran has decent war power, but Arkin is pretty much a worthless character--Arkin is the only character worse then the King.

They have lost Cobrige (3) but gained Hyland (6) and Ostlan (12). Ostlan had been governed by Regis, who at the start of Flax's Shame has no provrance. Cobrige was lost to Wolfen who defeated Roland. But Hyland was then taken by Pender for the Blanche family.

Stratagy

Start by taking Cobrige (3) from Banshea (4). Use Pender to do this. Then take Hermet (11) from Petaria (5). Hire a Fachan to help with this. Then proceed to take over the Lyle family going from 3 to 1, 1 to 2 and 2 to 7 using Pender. Take Rodale (10) at some point when they are weak--they will either start a war or someone will attack them. You might be able to surrender the them as well. After taking a foodhold by controlling the top part of Ishmeara, simply advance the lines south. Develope isolated sectors to build up cultivation and protection and do gold/food trading.

Lyle Family

The Lyle family has gained two provrances since Erin and Ander. Dunmoor (1) and Cobrige (3). Wolfen defeated Roland to take Cobrige, but lost his starting provrance, Hyland (6).

Erin's family has picked up Keyla, Melgan and Raith. Keyla, Melgan and Raith all enter the game in this scenario. Keyla is only 16 years old in this scenario and related to Erin, so we might assume she was simply too young in Erin and Ander to be a ruler. She has decent war power and the highest charm of the Lyle family. Raith has the second strongest war power of the Lyle family--second to only to Wolfen. But his other stats are so low, he is good for little else then fighting. Melgan has alright war power, but poor political ability which is too bad, since it's likely he's going to be sitting behind the lines. Kneulf somehow start incharge of Norwood (7) despite being a fairly weak character.

Stratagy

It should be obvious the first target should be Hyland (6) to be attacked from Carveti (2). Carveti is the homeland, but it would be better to make Dunmoor (1) the homeland. Wolfen is a solid match for Pender, so put Wolfen in Carveti. Raith should be in Cobrige (3) since the next target is Petaria (4). Move the troops from Dunmoor (1) into Carveti (2), which will yeild an army of 298. Hyland only has 129, and hit with such overwhelming force will stand little chance. They will use Zendor who is almost as strong as Pluvius but faster. Use Pluvius to keep Zendor at bay and move in with strength against their flag.

While preparing for the war, hire a Fachan and move it to Cobrige (3). You can get them in Carveti (2), Cobrige (3) and Hyland (6). ...
